14.8 Intellectual Property Rights 14.8.1 All intellectual property rights in the Licensed Products belong to TomTom and its licensors. 14.8.2 Without limiting the foregoing, the sub-licensor acknowledges that the sub-licensed products are the result of significant investments and that they are protected by database rights in accordance with the European Union Database Directive 96/9/EC, and the sub-licensor acknowledges that the licensed products may be protected by similar rights in other legal systems outside the European Union. 14.8.3 All intellectual property rights in the Authorised Application, with the exception of TomTom`s intellectual property rights in accordance with clauses 14.8.1 and 14.8.2, belong to the sub-donor. 14.8.4 The use of the TomTom logos by the sub-licensor is subject to the prior consent of the sub-licensor. 26.4. This Agreement and the Online Registration Form represent the entire agreement and understanding between the Parties with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement and supersede and delete all prior drafts, agreements, obligations, understandings, promises or terms, whether oral or written, express or implied between the Parties with respect to this matter. This Agreement may only be amended in a written document signed and executed by the parties. The Copyleft license is a license that requires, as a condition of use, modification and/or distribution of software or materials, that such software or any other software or other software or hardware incorporated, derived, used or distributed with such materials be: (i) provided or distributed in a form other than binary in the case of software (z.B.B. form of source code), (ii) are licensed for the creation of derivative works, (iii) under conditions requiring the licensor to develop, dismantle or dismantle other materials or interfaces for that purpose, or (iv) re-distributable without a license right.
