10.1. Notwithstanding the provisions of this Agreement, you are free, before the expiry of a period of 7 days from the notification that the goods are available for delivery, to request a financial company to purchase the goods from us at the price to be paid. By purchasing the goods through such a finance company, the above clauses of this Agreement shall lose effect unless, in respect of a used vehicle for which an allowance has been agreed to you, we purchase at a price corresponding to such reduction under the conditions set out in clause 8 above (except in points 8.1.3 and 8.1.4, all references to « delivery or delivery » in relation to the goods shall be construed as follows: whether they mean delivery or delivery by us to or on order from the finance company) and we are responsible on your behalf for the price finance company and any deposit you have paid in accordance with this Agreement. 10.3. Goods subject to an agreement by us for sale are taken at your risk as soon as they are delivered to you or handed over to you at your order or otherwise. 12.5. If you decide to cancel under this clause 12, you must return the vehicle to us at your expense from one of our dealers within 14 days of such cancellation and we will refund you (by the method used to pay the initial transaction) the amount in respect of vehicles for which cancellation fees are applicable. Alternatively, if you want us to pick up the vehicle, we will do so upon payment of an agreed pickup fee. We refund the shipping costs incurred (if any). 4.1.1.

This contract and the delivery of the goods are subject to all conditions that the manufacturer may, from time to time, legally make subject to the delivery of the goods or the resale of such goods by us. If not, talk to one of our employees on our premises. 8.1.1. such a used vehicle is your absolute property and is free of any charge or that such used vehicle is the subject of a rental agreement or other charge that we reward in cash, in which case the remuneration is reduced by the amount we have to pay for payment; Ford will close nearly half of its dealer network in the UK as it revamps the business as part of its « Ford 2025 Dealer Plan ».
